On Saturday, July 6, 2024, a shocking video surfaced online allegedly showing American rapper Lil Durk’s 10-year-old son shooting his stepfather during a domestic dispute involving his mother.
The incident, which reportedly took place on Monday, July 1, captures the child grabbing a gun from the man identified as Reezy during the altercation and firing it.
Reezy later took to Instagram to clarify that he was not the instigator in the incident, offering his version of events.
He wrote: “As y’all can see I was not the aggressor and y’all also can see how I still had my gun on my hip he grabbed my gun off my hip following his moms lead and tried to shoot me and then actually shot me I advise y’all see it before they take it down #buildawareness”
He also shared Police paper work showing that the 10-year-old is being handled by the Homicide office and the Department ent of Child services while he is recuperating in the hospital. The 10-year-old and his siblings are to be taken from their mother ‘s custody by the DCS.
