Elon Musk Endorses Donald Trump Following Rally Shooting Incident

Elon Musk endorsed former President Donald Trump shortly after Trump was injured at a Pennsylvania campaign rally.

Sudden gunfire disrupted the event, leading to Trump being escorted off stage, bloodied yet defiant with a raised fist against a backdrop of the American flag.

Musk, one of the richest men on the planet and the controller of one of the world’s largest social media platforms (formerly Twitter), had previously avoided endorsing any candidate for the 2024 race.

However, he wrote on X following the shooting incident, sharing a video of Trump getting to his feet after the incident with a bloodied ear and pumping his fist to the crowd: “I fully endorse President Trump and hope for his rapid recovery.”

In a subsequent post, he said, “Last time America had a candidate this tough was Theodore Roosevelt.”

Reports indicate that Musk recently donated to America PAC, a super political action committee supporting Trump’s 2024 candidacy.

Former President Donald Trump reportedly sustained an ear injury from gunfire during the rally. The U.S. authorities have disclosed that the shooter and a Trump supporter are deceased, with a potential second casualty.
