The Federal Government has brought back 190 Nigerians from the United Arab Emirates. The returnees arrived at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, on Tuesday morning.
According to a statement by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the repatriated citizens have undergone profiling and documentation. They have also been advised to conduct themselves responsibly upon returning to Nigeria.
The government urged Nigerians everywhere to be exemplary representatives of the country, emphasizing patriotism, lawfulness, and integrity.
This development comes shortly after the UAE lifted its travel ban on Nigerian passport holders, effective July 15, 2024.
