France to Take Legal Action Against Argentina Over Racist Chant

The French Football Federation (FFF) has announced its intention to take legal action against the Argentine Football Association following the emergence of a video showing Argentine players singing a racist chant targeting French footballers.

The video, which was livestreamed by Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez, captured the Argentine squad celebrating their Copa America victory with a song that included derogatory and offensive lyrics directed at French players.

The FFF has condemned the incident as “unacceptable” and “racist,” vowing to pursue legal action to hold those responsible accountable. The organization believes that the incident constitutes a serious breach of anti-discrimination regulations and has called for the international football community to unite against racism in football.
