Nollywood is in mourning following the passing of film producer Sharon Okpamen. The news of her death was shared on social media by fellow movie producer Stanley Ontop.
“Nollywood Actor and Producer Sharon Okpamen has unfortunately passed on. It’s a sad day for Nollywood and the Edo entertainment industry. Sharon, who was a filmmaker, actress, entrepreneur, and humanitarian, has left a significant void in the industry. May her soul rest in perfect peace, Amen,” Ontop wrote on Instagram.
An Instagram user claimed that Sharon passed away during childbirth. The entertainment community reflects on this tragic loss with deep sadness.
