Renowned Nigerian music video director, ThankGod Omori, popularly known as TG Omori, has appealed for prayers following a failed kidney transplant.
In a social media post on Wednesday, Omori revealed that the transplant procedure, performed at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos on Tuesday, was unsuccessful.
Expressing his desire to live, Omori disclosed that his only brother had generously donated one of his kidneys for the transplant. He also shared that the procedure involved three separate surgeries.
The music director took to his Instagram story to share photos of himself, accompanied by the caption “Keep my spirit alive.”
In a previous post, Omori had candidly expressed his fear of dying, stating, “I don’t wanna die.”
