World’s ‘Most Monstrous Bodybuilder’ Dies at 36 Following Heart Attack

Illia “Golem” Yefimchyk, a renowned Belarusian bodybuilder known as the world’s “most monstrous bodybuilder,” has tragically passed away at the age of 36. His death was confirmed last week on social media.

According to reports, Yefimchyk suffered a heart attack at his home on September 6, falling into a coma. Despite his wife’s efforts to revive him, he was unable to recover.

Yefimchyk, who was often referred to as “The Mutant” due to his staggering 6-foot, 340-pound frame, achieved his impressive physique through a rigorous workout routine and a diet of up to 16,500 calories per day. His meals reportedly included large quantities of steak, sushi, and other high-protein foods.

To maintain his massive size, Yefimchyk followed a strict seven-meal-a-day diet.

While Yefimchyk never competed professionally in bodybuilding, he amassed a large following online by sharing his workouts and fitness advice.

Before his death, he claimed to be able to lift impressive weights, including 600 pounds in bench press, 700 pounds in deadlift, and 700 pounds in squats.
