The Plateau State Police Command has apprehended Kabiru Mohammed, a resident of Sabon Gari Narabi Toro Local Government Area in Bauchi State, in connection with the theft of a Toyota Hiace bus in Jos.
According to a statement released by the police spokesperson, DSP Alfred Alabo, on September 19, 2024, the vehicle was reported missing on September 16. Following a prompt investigation, the police recovered the stolen bus on September 18.
Kabiru Mohammed is currently in police custody, providing valuable information that may lead to further recoveries. Upon completion of the investigation, the suspect will be charged with theft and brought before a court of law.
