The Enugu State Police Command has arrested a 22-year-old man, Innocent Ishaku, for vandalizing a telecommunications mast.
According to a statement released on Thursday, October 3, by the command’s spokesperson, DSP Daniel Ndukwe, operatives from Thinker’s Corner Division apprehended Ishaku for vandalizing cables at a mast located at Naira Triangle, Abakaliki Road, Enugu.
The PPRO stated: “His arrest led to the recovery of some lengths of vandalised cables, the value of which is yet-to-be ascertained, a plier and screwdriver he used for the criminal act.
“The suspect will be arraigned once the ongoing investigation is concluded.”
