While his French teammates were battling Israel on Thursday night, Kylian Mbappé was spotted enjoying a night out in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Real Madrid star was granted a break from international duty due to a recent thigh injury that required additional rest.
According to Aftonbladet, Mbappé was seen strolling through the streets of Stockholm with friends, visiting the exclusive Chez Jolie restaurant and later heading to a nightclub.

His absence from the French squad has sparked debate about his fitness and his role as captain, but his relationship with manager Didier Deschamps appears to be unaffected. Deschamps has publicly expressed his support for Mbappé and has defended his decision to allow him to rest.
Mbappé’s Madrid teammate, Aurélien Tchouaméni, was named captain in his absence. When asked about Mbappé’s absence, Deschamps explained that while he has no doubts about Mbappé’s commitment, he was not in optimal physical condition and needed time to recover properly.
Deschamps told reporters: “I have no doubt about Kylian’s commitment but he was not in the best condition during the last gathering. He has a problem which is not serious but he needs treatment to recover properly. I am not here to take risks. That is why Kylian is not here.”
With a rare opportunity to rest and recharge, Mbappé is expected to return to Real Madrid refreshed and ready to contribute to the team’s success.
The French forward will be aiming to make his comeback in Los Blancos’ upcoming match against Celta Vigo on October 19.
