Rapper and fashion designer Kanye West has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his former personal assistant at a party hosted by him and Sean “Diddy” Combs. The allegations were revealed in a shocking new court filing.
Lauren Pisciotta, who worked for West from 2021 to 2022, said that years before she began working with him, he invited her and a former client to a party at a music studio he co-hosted with Combs.
According to the court papers, Pisciotta, an influencer and former erotic model, claims that West forced everyone at the Santa Monica party to drink or leave. After taking a few sips, she says she “suddenly started to feel disoriented…and began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state.”
The next day, Pisciotta alleges she could not remember the events of the night before and felt “ashamed and embarrassed.” Her musician client, who was not identified in the court papers, was reportedly “too traumatized and disturbed to speak about the night.”
Pisciotta initially believed she had been drugged by the studio assistant or someone else who helped prepare the drinks. However, she claims that West later confessed to her that they had “hooked up” after she was drugged.
The revelation came during a conversation about West’s ex-wife, who was not identified in the court papers but is believed to be Kim Kardashian. According to the lawsuit, West was enraged about a text exchange with his ex, who had made a negative comment about Pisciotta.
When Pisciotta tried to defend herself, West allegedly told her that they had “kind of hooked up a little one time” at the party. Pisciotta said she was “in complete and utter shock” and had no memory of the encounter.
The fresh allegations were filed on October 8 in Pisciotta’s existing wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit against West. In addition to the assault allegations, Pisciotta claims that West sent her inappropriate texts, shared his sexual fantasies with her, and sent her explicit photos and videos.
West’s lawyers have previously slammed the lawsuit as “baseless” and accused Pisciotta of blackmailing him.
Diddy has not been accused of any wrongdoing in the lawsuit.
