Bandits reportedly abducted a young woman in Jibia town, Jibia Local Government Area of Katsina State.
According to a local resident, Bakatsine, several residents were shot during a bandit attack on the Unguwar Waliyi estate on Wednesday night, October 16, 2024.
The gunmen also stormed the residence of Alhaji Nasir and abducted his cousin.
It was discovered that the kidnapped young woman’s parents had been killed by bandits a few years ago.
The injured victims are currently receiving medical treatment in a hospital.
