Super Eagles and Bayer Leverkusen striker, Victor Boniface, narrowly escaped a car accident on Sunday morning, October 20.
The incident occurred just hours after leading his team to a 2-1 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.
Boniface shared distressing images and a video of the car wreckage on social media, along with a photo of himself in a hospital bed. Despite the severity of the crash, he miraculously suffered only minor injuries.
In a heartfelt post, the footballer expressed his gratitude to God for his safety, writing, “Thank you Lord. God is the greatest.”
