Saudi Arabian authorities have apprehended four Nigerian nationals in connection with the seizure of 39 kilograms of cocaine.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the Nigerians were arrested by the General Directorate of Narcotics Control while distributing the drugs from their hideouts in Jeddah.
In recent operations, Saudi authorities have intensified their crackdown on drug trafficking. Border Guard patrols in Jazan intercepted 270 kg of qat in Al-Aridah and 126 kg in Al-Dayer. Additionally, a Saudi citizen was arrested in Al-Dayer for possessing qat. In the Eastern Province, a Pakistani national was apprehended for selling methamphetamine.

Following standard legal procedures, all seized drugs and arrested individuals have been handed over to the relevant authorities.
Saudi security authorities have urged the public to report any information regarding drug smuggling or selling.
