Chance The Rapper’s Estranged Wife Files for Divorce

Kirsten Corley, an American entrepreneur, and Chance The Rapper, an American musician, have announced their divorce following five years of marriage.

According to a report published by TMZ on Tuesday, Corley formally filed for divorce last Friday. Details regarding the terms of their separation remain undisclosed as the legal documents have not yet been made public.

Chance The Rapper, 30, and Corley, also 30, revealed their separation in April of this year, disclosing that they had been living apart for two years before making the announcement. Despite their separation, they expressed their commitment to co-parenting their two daughters, Kensli and Marli.

“After a period of separation, the two of us have arrived at the decision to part ways,” the former couple said in a statement. “We came to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. God has blessed us with two beautiful daughters who we will continue to raise together. We kindly ask for privacy and respect as we navigate this transition. Thank you.”

Chance and Corley have a long history, having known each other since childhood. They began dating in 2013 and welcomed their first daughter, Kensli, in 2015. The couple briefly separated in 2016 before reconciling the following year.

Chance and Kirsten married in 2019 and welcomed their second daughter, Marli, that same year.
