EFCC Arrests 105 Suspects, Including Four Chinese, in Abuja Scam

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested 105 individuals, including four Chinese nationals, in a raid on a business apartment in Gudu, Abuja.

The arrests were made on Thursday 9th January as part of the commission’s ongoing efforts to combat internet fraud and other forms of corruption.

The suspects, comprising 67 men and 38 women, are alleged to have been involved in a hotel review scam targeting victims and hotels across Europe and other parts of the world.

The EFCC statement indicates that the suspects will be charged in court upon the completion of investigations.
