Six students of Federal University Lokoja (FUL) and their driver died on Monday, 17th February, after their shuttle bus was struck by a truck.
The accident occurred at approximately 2:30 pm, according to an eyewitness. The truck, carrying wood and jerry cans of palm oil towards Abuja, reportedly lost control and collided with the FUL shuttle bus, which was full of students and about to depart for the university.
