Destiny Etiko Sues Queeneth Hilbert for Defamation, Demands N100 Million

Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko has filed a petition against her colleague, Queeneth Hilbert, regarding defamatory allegations made against her.

In a series of videos, Queeneth Hilbert accused Destiny Etiko of “snatching” her colleagues’ wealthy partners (referred to as “Odogwu”), including one of Hilbert’s ex-partners from Benin who drove a Mercedes-Benz.

In response, Destiny Etiko’s legal team filed a petition on 12th April 2024, demanding Queeneth Hilbert retract the alleged defamatory statements from all social media platforms.

Etiko asserts that the allegations are false and designed to damage her reputation.

The petition also seeks an injunction to prevent further publication of defamatory statements, a formal retraction of the derogatory claims, and the payment of ₦100 million in damages.
